For a very good organized spring calving dairy farm we are looking for a worker for the spring season. Spring season will start in Januari and ends in May. If it works well from both side and if you want, it can be a permanent position.

Who are we looking for?
The owners of this farm, a father and son, has in total 2 dairy farms. A big one and a smaller one. They will look on which farm and which work activities with you the best. you will fit the best! Calving season is the busiest time of the year; in January 840 cows will calving. There are so many work activities to do: milking cows, helping cows with calving, rearing calves, feeding cows. That’s why they split into two teams during calving season. One team is responsible for feeding and rearing calves and the other team is responsible for milking the cows.
Teamwork is such an important thing on this farm!
If you are available from January until at least May and if you have some experience with working on a dairy farm, this is a great experience for you!
If you both are happy, is there a possibility that you can stay as long as you want.
What else do you need for this job?
A good hard-working mentality, because you are here on the busiest time of the year. You need experience with milking cows and now how to deal with life stock. You also need a drivers license and you will understand and speak English.
