Dairy Farm Recruitment has 2 different types of candidates:
Permanent candidates: they are looking for a job on an ongoing basis;
Temporary candidates: candidates who are looking for a temporary job such as during calving season or summer holidays.
In both cases, Dairy Farm Recruitment does the mediation and you, as a farmer, hire the candidate as an employee.

  • Allround experience with herd size from 240 to 2000 cows;
  • Experience with running a milking robot farm and as assistant farm manager.

  • Management experience with herd size from 100 to 1250 cows;
  • Is a hard worker and besides managing he also does all operational tasks such as milking.
