Quick introduction

My name is Bianca Hoeksema Arkeveld. I am the face of Dairy Farm Recruitment. I have worked as a recruiter for over 15 years and now I am combining my two passions: recruitment and dairy farming.

After years of living on a Dutch dairy and beef farm and occasionally helping on the farm, I emigrated to Ireland in 2021. Since then, I have been making Irish dairy farmers happy by finding staff for them.
