What are we looking for?
You know better than anyone how things work on a dairy farm. You are like a fish in water among the cows, you are good with grass and cows and perhaps most importantly; you see the work, tackle it and arrange it. Is this your attitude? Then you will feel completely at home on this dairy farm.
You are farm manager who wants to work in a nice multicultural team, and loves a good balance of working and life.
Your responsibilies will be:
Day-to-day management of 500 dairy cows;
Grassland management and grazing planning;
Staff supervision and organisation.
If you have:
• experience on a dairy farm as a farm manager or assistant farm manager (second in command) and you are ready for the next step;
• experience with grass managment ans grazing plans;
• you are pro active, see the work and act on it;
• you are a good communicator and organised; then this is you job!
