They have successfully completed their part of the demanding recruitment process and are ready to work on your farm.

Dairy Farm Recruitment has 2 different types of candidates:
Permanent candidates: they are looking for a job on an ongoing basis;
Temporary candidates: candidates who are looking for a temporary job such as during calving season or summer holidays.
In both cases, Dairy Farm Recruitment does the mediation and you, as a farmer, hire the candidate as an employee.

  • 2 Excellent references from current and previous employer.

– Is available on very short notice, end of March is possible.
– Will move with her dog.

  • Age: 30
  • Nationality: Finnish
  • Speaks English very well
  • Looking for: a permanent job

Experience

  • 3 Years experience on a robot farm in Finland with 200 milking cows;
  • Can work with Lely A3 milking robot;
  • All round experience and calf experience;
  • Currently working, via Dairy Farm Recruitment, on an Irish dairy farm for calving season, to the great satisfaction of the farmer.

– Is available end of April.
– Will move with her old dog.

  • 1 Year experience on a 350 cows Dutch dairy farm;
  • Experienced in millking and calf rearing;
  • A very hard worker, who does the work very precise;
  • Excellent reference from the Dutch dairy farmer.

Extra information

– Needs a permit and visa and will cover all cost herself.
– Is available end of June or when permit and visa is approved.
